Extremely clean and organized clinic. The staff are proficient and friendly. Highly recommend IVX SJ.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff as always. Easy check-in and scheduling. Comfortable rooms. Update 10/6/2026: I’m still very pleased with this location and the staff. Krista is always great as is the other woman (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name). Phylicia at the front desk is also wonderful.
I am so pleased to now have my monthly infusions at IVX in San Jose. The administrative and medical staff are kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and were attentive throughout the infusion. I was very impressed throughout the first visit and am confident that future treatments will provide a truly effective medication administered by an exceptional medical team in a relaxing, and comfortable environment.
