Staff is so nice, friendly and supportive!
IVX in Vernon Hills was my first infusion and due to fact that only nurse was on duty and that nurse stuck me with a needle 4 times while using a vein finder in order to get my IV going properly. I did not a negative experience. For my next IV I drove out of the way to go to a different IVX( much further from my house) and I was only stuck one time to get my IV started. My Veins are not hard to find. I should not have been stuck 4 times.
The staff was exceptional—warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. The environment was spotless and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. They also offered drinks and snacks, which I especially appreciated since I was there for four hours receiving treatment. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
