Outstanding quality
Overbooked and ran late!
I have been a monthly patient at IVX for 18 months now. My experience has been tremendous! The staff is courteous, patient, and kind. I am a notoriously difficult “stick”, but they have worked with me such that we rarely have trouble finding a good vein. The center is immaculate. They have a variety of snacks, should you crave something. And I always arrive a few minutes early to make my cup of coffee to sip during my transfusion. The patient rooms are cozy.
