The young lady that gave me my injection was so polite and professional and the injection didn’t hurt at all and was very quick - the receptionist was also very excellent at her job - I really enjoy going here because the people working here are so kind and seem to be very caring.
Friendly staff. I'm a difficult IV start but the staff listens to me when I suggest the best sites and sites to avoid. I always appreciate that.
I’ve been to 3 different IVX Health locations in the greater Austin/San Antonio area-New Braunfels, Cedar Park, and Arbor Walk. Each location was exceptionally clean and well laid out. Each client had their own private area that could accommodate a family member if desired. The staff were very friendly, snacks & various beverages were available.
