I've been receiving infusions 7+ years, in various states/infusion facilities, in everything from hospital infusion centers to specialized infusion locations. IVX is BY FAR, the fastest, friendliest, and cleanest facility I've ever been to. Appointments/billing are both easy. The pre-approval process for the facility was even fairly painless. The nursing staff and administrative staff ensure that patients are made to feel welcome and comfortable from the time you arrive until you are discharged. It's the best infusion center I have ever used.
The staff is absolutely great, very pleasant.
