I was very nervous starting these infusions, and the IVX center was more than I could have ever expected. The staff was great. The things that may seem small were huge to me like drinks and snacks, having a private room, a television, blankets, things like that make people feel very comfortable and it really helped ease my anxiety. Not to mention the practitioner being very patient, and providing step-by-step information of exactly what was going to happen. The facility was very clean and neat.
Very friendly and nice
All of the staff are incredibly welcoming and warm. I switched to IVX when my previous infusion place made a mistake with my medication and IVX is always on top of everything and I never felt like I had to worry about that sort of thing again being here. 10/10!
