I couldn’t be happier with my engagement ring! My fiancé worked with Ivory from Vancouver, and they went above and beyond to make sure he was involved every step of the way. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are incredible, and the ring turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Highly recommend!
Great service, great result - got to personally pick the rock for the engagement ring. They walked me through the details of the diamond and guided me through customizing the ring. I needed it quick and they delivered
I got a chain and bracelet here, the staff were absolutely fantastic! they explained everything in full detail and was very professional!
I had a wonderful experience at this jewellery store. The staff were welcoming and had excellent customer service. They can open the store even not a business hours, if the time is not convenient for you. The store is gorgeous, rich, calming. I wanted a gold plating for my silver bracelet. It was done perfectly with 18 k gold. Moreover, it is not as expensive as other stores. I am very thankful and hope I will visit another time too
