I called Ivory Florist by chance to see about having some flowers delivered to a young lady who had recently been diagnosed with cancer. Sepideh answered the phone and was so kind, helpful, and friendly from the very start. She showed such genuine care and concern, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything would be just right for such a sensitive situation. Love these arrangements from a local florist! I just placed a Valentine’s Day order for my mom and the experience was fantastic. Their website has absolutely beautiful arrangements, but I decided to call in to finalize the details. The person I spoke with was super friendly and made the whole process a breeze. Ivory Florist is so amazing! They had a gorgeous gardenia plant (couldn’t find one at 5 other florists I called in OC) and got it to the hospital the same day. They sent me a photo of the plant before sending as I live two states away and couldn’t see it in person. The customer service is really excellent at this place!
