Everyone at the office is incredibly kind and welcoming! We absolutely love Dr. Nichols! She has such a calming presence and truly helps ease our anxiety every step of the way. We’re so grateful and feel very blessed to have her throughout this journey!
Dr. Nichols is so good at explaining things. Makes you feel comfortable and very profesional. Love how easy it is to talk to her and always makes sure I'm relax and all my questions are answered very sweet and patient Dr.
They put me in collections over a bill that they could never send me the paperwork for. They said if I’d sign off allowing to dispose of my sample that they would wipe the bill. They could never send me the papers!!! I spoke to the people several times over several months. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t use this place. Response. A supervisor was supposed to take care of it and never did. I was told that multiple times.
