They put me in collections over a bill that they could never send me the paperwork for. They said if I’d sign off allowing to dispose of my sample that they would wipe the bill. They could never send me the papers!!! I spoke to the people several times over several months. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t use this place. Response. Lots of positive vibes and kindness. I was sad to graduate from IVF and go to my regular OB, but graduating means that it worked! Thank you Dr. Nichols!
I absolutely LOVED being a patient of Dr. Nichols! She and her staff were friendly, supportive, and made me feel at ease as a patient. I highly recommend them!
Christ used Dr. Nicols and team as a vessel to help bring our beautiful blessing to life. She was very thorough, compassionate and competent and went above and beyond. Her team was also great!
Told my boyfriend that he was infertile. He is not. Now I am pregnant and high risk and they will not see me. Awful service. Cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone. This is the Viera office. Run away and do not go here.
