I went there 3 years ago . Told me I couldn’t get pregnant anyways my problem was miscarriages & anyways I have an almost 2 year old son . This clinic didn’t help me only to drain ur pockets . Thank god I went somewhere else
The entire IVF team, and Dr. Nichols are the most amazing people ever. We had such a wonderful experience with IVFMD. The entire team was kind, supportive, and professional every step of the way. They made a stressful process feel manageable and gave us so much hope. We’re now expecting our little miracle, and we couldn’t be more grateful to dr. Nichols, nurses, and staff for helping make our dream of growing our family come true
Doctors and nurse are great, no problem there. However, the financial department is an absolute nightmare, absolutely atrocious, I’m horrified. First they billed my insurance wrong wrong, they quoted me for 8500$ instead of 2400$ then for they misquoted again , well I took 2 loans out to be able to pay them and then on top of that they are not taking any responsibility for the mistake, they told me to call patientfi and cancel the loan, I called patientfi and they told me that I cannot cancel the loan it has to be ivfmd that... read more
Dr Nichols is by far the best!! I have seen many fertility specialists over the years but none compare to her. I am so grateful I found her. She has an amazing bedside manner and she makes the experience so much better. I would recommend her to everyone going through fertility issues!!
Dr. Nichols and her care team are truly the most compassionate staff. From the moment you walk in, you are always kindly greeted by the front office staff and feel very welcomed, encouraged, and hopeful. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodate when needed as well. All other supporting staff, from performing labs, vitals, and USs are the most professional and understanding staff.
