I now have my baby girl because of Dr. Nichols and the whole team. I loved my nurse Kayla. She listened to me and all of my irrational thoughts and always made me feel better. This process is a tough journey but this office makes it so much better. The front office staff remembers your name and makes you feel like a friend. They are super quick to answer questions through the portal and Grethel was the best coordinator ever! If you have ivf needs in brevard county come here!
Dr. Nichols is a knowledgeable, methodical and wonderful doctor with an incredibly supportive and responsive team, and I have them to thank for my perfect little boy!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Nichols, Marta, Gretel, Kayla, Evelyn, Jordin, Yusi…just the whole team. My husband and I had a very complicated case where we genuinely didn’t have a strong chance of having a baby using my eggs. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nichols. Even from the initial consult, her thoroughness, knowledge, and confidence was immediately apparent. Her passion for her work and kind approach was also so comforting. The entire staff was lovely to work with, and they were so quickly responsive to messages, questions, phone calls, that I always felt like a high priority. Highly recommend.
Choosing an IVF clinic is such an intimate and vulnerable decision, and looking back now, I genuinely cannot imagine having gone through this process anywhere else. From the moment you walk through the doors, there is an unmistakable feeling of being held by a deeply competent and compassionate team.
