Summing up how I feel about this clinic in just Google review is incredibly difficult. If you’re reading this you may be like me, looking at every clinic in the state, confused and lost on this very difficult journey. Where to even start. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others are fully informed before choosing this clinic. I came to Henry Ford Reproductive Medicine for help with infertility, and from the beginning, I tried to be diligent about understanding costs. Before even having my initial consultation, I asked the front desk if it would be covered by insurance. Absolutely terrible experience. It took them from February to August for them to realize I was over 40 and needed a mammogram...AFTER they'd already started me on pre-treatment hormones... and then they decided they picked one obgyn recommendation over the other, forcing me to have TWO unnecessary procedures (obgyn didn't deem necessary) under threat of not proceeding with treatment... all in all, started and stopped pre-treatment hormones 3 times, am 8000$ out of pocket on unnecessary procedures, and 8 months of time wasted... read more

****update**** They have refunded me money back because I was correct, I had overpaid! Not without letting me know that “it isn’t okay that you were hung up on but you wanted an answer that they couldn’t give you” 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend!!!! I have been paying (auto pay) for a $400 bill. I have had $600 come out of my account and they say I still have a balance of $177.
