No property management on site, no maintenance on site. Can't get in touch with no management, leave a message and never calls back. Website says manager and maintenance on site, that's a lie. Don't care about the elderly renters that are not Tech savy, also all the fees they keep adding and dont explain well enough for the elderly. Owner or owners of this property don't seem to care as long as they get their money.
These are the most unprofessional people I've ever tried to deal with. They are very negligent. I guess you got to live in Clt to get a response because here in Gaffney they could care less. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT GROUP!!!!!!!
Worst place to live .. way over priced . I mean outrageous rent for the quality of these apartments. Serious issues .. management is horrible .. you can’t have a grill on the property.. no pool .. playground is unfit for the kids .. management lies .. it’s by all means the worst place to live . They offer their tenants absolutely nothing .. numerous units are infested with bed bugs & roaches . They’re the worst property ever
They come in your apartment without notice. Mold under everything sink and in all the cabinets. The manager lets the employees smoke weed on the clock. Worst place to rent from
