Ivey group is one of the best management group in Michigan. If you own or rent never had a problem and was very reliable I had a great experience

I've recently came in contact with the Ivey group from a friend of mine that had also had work done to their kitchen.They came to my home remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. Great prices and professional work! Highly recommended!

18th Aug 2016. SCAM. Don't EVER use them. Did a terrible job managing my apartment. Evicted MOST of my tenants, charged me for refurbishment work that wasn't done and billed me $1900 for cleaning/painting works when a separate expense items for Repairs/Maintenance for the SAME cleaning/painting WORK for $875 to 4 workers was ALSO billed to me! That's ridiculous! Terminated them in 3 months into the job back in Nov 2014. They still have the gall to list the apartment for rent on their website even right now!
