Good. Car had already sold
A very good car purchase experience. I worked primarily with Reid but all support staff were courteous and knowledgeable. I felt I got a very good car at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a car.
Great... Quick Response and no pressure. AC didn't work but the BMW factory warranty fixed it for free and gave me a rental.

Good guy but just asking a bit to much for the m3 i was looking at
Was told that there would be a 595.00 dollar document fee for a cash sale. Purchased a car elsewhere and paid 100.00, paperwork took 20 minutes including the warranty. Ivy salesman told me the fee was cheap.
Dealer contacted via email and phone promptly, however I decided not to pursue a purchase. 4 stars for prompt response.
Dealer contacted me within five minutes of my posting. Very down to earth and the staff was great. I purchased the vehicle and it was a stress free environment. I will be doing business again with this dealer ship.
