I was a patient of Dr. Jackson for 50 years he prescribed a medication for me that Dr. Ivey refused to prescribe. In her opinion, since it is addictive, she did not believe in prescribing it. Dr. Jackson would never give me more than 30 a year. Dr. Ivey wanted me to take a medication daily that affected my kidney and liver, I had to find another doctor that believed taking a daily pill was worse than controlling it the way I had been for the last 15 years that was not as harmful to my body.

I have no problem with Dr. Ivey but would not recommend because of her nurse and office staff. They act like a pack of mean girls

I agree with SAS. Dr. Ivey is great but her staff is unprofessional. Starting with the phones you are immediately put on hold . . ALWAYS. Dr. Ivey's nurse, Jamie is impolite and incompetent. Most of the office staff are inefficient. Calls and complaints to office manager Saundra Haney go unanswered . . .always to voicemail. Dr. Ivey needs to know how this office is being mishandled and how loyal patients are treated. I had been a patient here since 1980. NO MORE!

She is great, but I would never recommend her to family and friends because I wouldn't want them to have to endure Dr. Ivey's rude and unprofessional office staff.
