Dr. Ives is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. A+! The staff is excellent and Wilma is a great phlebotomist.

Dr. Ives gives personalized attention and doesn’t treat you like a number. I feel heard and understood. It’s also very convenient to have a lab in-house for blood work.
Dr. Ives has been my primary physician for a number of years. Her ability to communicate and explain things has been a positive experience. She listens and she cares. I am thankful that she is my doctor and wish more professionals were like her.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ives for about 10 years. During that time we had a very good relationship and I had no problems with her until recently when there was a misunderstanding about a refill request and some non-related past blood work. After communicating only with her staff, I was eventually asked to leave the practice due to "non-compliance and non-communication". Dr. Ives NEVER attempted to communicate with me. What a terrible way to treat patients! Communication goes BOTH ways!
Dr. Ives is an excellent physician. She is focused and quickly does your appointment. Go in prepared to ask questions and you will be very happy with the time and depth of. response she gives you.
I waited for an hour before I was taken back. Heard several times that she was leaving at 11:45 that day. I was rushed through my appointment and didn't get remedy for my pain.
I've had Dr. Ives as my primary care physician for 3 years. I love her! I'm a 41 year old married mother of 3. She has a broad depth of medically knowledge that I haven't experienced with any other doctor. She is always patient and takes her time with any questions I have. I really trust her medical advice because I think she is well educated and very smart! I don't understand the negative comments on here about her.
