We built a new home with Iverson in 2013. We now have mold issues, a porch that is leaking and has no venting, very poor quality finishing. It has been a nightmare with one thing going wrong after another. They do not answer our calls. Our next call is to a lawyer. Beware!

so far only bad experience. took them from january 2019 ( first money flow) til october to get foundation in.since then no more progress.communication is basically non existent. they have lots of downpayment and caused me losses > 50k so far. had to involve attorneys but they have not responded to them either as of yet. I am not sure what happened to the company given the fact that they are in business since a long time. interesting is that they are now selling their lots without the obligation to build with them. They don’t pay their sub contractors, their communication is terrible and they lead people on. Don’t purchase homes from them, or work with them. Unprofessional and owe lots of people.

We worked with Iverson homes to build our "forever" home in Rogers. They were so amazing to work with, quick to respond to any & all forms of communication, & best of all allowed us the ability to customize our floor plan based on our lifestyle. We are blown away by how in love we are with our completed home & would recommend using Iverson homes to all of our family & friends.

Iverson Homes did a get a great job building our new house. This was our fourth house and we knew exactly what we wanted. The Iversons were extremely accommodating to all our requests. Their answer was always we can do that. They would research the options for us and let us know the pluses and minuses of the options as well as the cost. We use Iverson Homes to build our first home in the Fletcher Hills development in Rogers. We looked at a lot of builders and they were the only ones that offered a lot of upgraded finishes as part of their standard items. We love our home, and would recommend using Iverson Homes to build your future home. They are very easy to work with and will be happy to answer any of your questions.

Building our new home was an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
