Excellent experience with this med spa! The place was clean and comfortable. The owner is knowledgeable and lovely too. I tried 10 therma and it was very manageable and not painful. I was able to see results.

I booked the PicoSure plus Hydrafacial add-on via Groupon. Before my appointment, I called and was told the add-on was a full Hydrafacial. But the actual Hydrafacial part lasted about 15 minutes and only included cleansing and extraction. Given the 65-70 dollar price difference, I expected a complete treatment, as confirmed on the phone. When I asked about it, I was told that’s just how they do it. I hope the business clarifies what’s included upfront so future clients can make an informed decision.
