I visited IVE spa a few weeks ago from out of town. I had an amazing experience with Suhee the owner as well as their entire staff. I don’t remember the name of the nurse who also helped but she was excellent as well. The facility was very clean & modern. I had multiple treatments done & Suhee was super thoughtful to make sure my concerns were all addressed. She also gave generous discounts for receiving multiple treatments. Excellent all around!
I recently had Ultherapy on my face and neck at Ive Medspa, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was truly above average — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell they value their clients and take pride in what they do. BEST medical spa I've been to. Excellent services, great prices, clean, and I'm super happy with the laser/ultherapy treatment I received from them. They do not seem to water down their botox like other places do, and their equipment is the most up to date/top quality. Instead of buying a groupon, I asked them to price match groupon and they did, plus they also threw in some extra services.
Had a wonderful experience at IVE and hope all of you out there get the opportunity to see it first hand, as I did. Walked in to a serene, friendly, professional & spotless atmosphere. I absolutely love this place. The staff is so welcoming and kind. I had Ultherapy done and Su is absolutely phenomenal. I will be back for sure. If I could give 10 stars I would. My skin already looks so good today.
