Honestly everything about this place screams WE CARE. Love my doctor love the receptionist.
Front staff always answer my phone calls and get's me in right away. The nursing staff is very knowledge and returns my calls in a timely manner. I have seen all the providers and they are wonderful.
Time says on here that it closes at 6 but yet it closes sooner.
Lena Beale is unbelievably rude, unprofessional and condescending. She told me to find my own dermatologist for my raw skin. The desk staff is poorly trained and was staring at me then pointing without saying anything. Very uncomfortable experience.
The front desk lady is rude, and they mess up paperwork almost always. They're "LGBT-friendly" but misgenders my partner. I tried to get tested for h pylori, immediately the lady on the phone said they don't test for that. Which I find hard to believe. I also asked to get my hormone levels tested, they said they don't do that either. Ah well, guess I'll just travel over 100 miles to get my care.
