The tech that did my ultrasound was so good and she showed me what she was looking at and described what it meant. I jab a great experience!
Professional, efficient, knowledgeable staff; waiting room with TV (no instructions for use) snacks with water and coke products, thoughtful addition. No understandable or explained need to keep baggy loose disposable shorts in place following ultrasound; rather than allowing patient to redress. I was quickly escorted to consult room where I waited for 10-15 minutes for PA to enter, interrupted by previous patient not even knocking coming in to look for keys with no staff escort. Excelente atención, cordiales y amables!!!
Excessive charges, refusal to submit insurance coverage requests in proper format to be covered, despite having a direct referral from a previous surgeon and being (in their words) “a perfect candidate for this procedure”. Felt very taken advantage of and put in a hard financial situation. Will be going to a different facility from now on.
The team was very good doingbwhat they do. It was a good experience.
