Excessive charges, refusal to submit insurance coverage requests in proper format to be covered, despite having a direct referral from a previous surgeon and being (in their words) “a perfect candidate for this procedure”. Felt very taken advantage of and put in a hard financial situation. Will be going to a different facility from now on.

Everyone was so kind and professional. They answered all my questions and explained everything that was going on with me and what I could expect. I didn’t feel as if I was been rushed and that my time was as valuable as theirs. It’s a very friendly office and positive experience!
