Due to a recent storm, one of my gutters was damaged. I contacted Ivan’s and once a free quote (personal visit to my property) was provided, the workers arrived a day early from the scheduled day, and were in and out in no time. You barely knew they were on the roof putting it all together. They left the premises clean and without any issues. The payment option through technology was a plus as it’s not easy to have to visit a facility in such a busy schedule just to make a payment. We were very satisfied.
I have worked with Ivan consistently for over five years now. He has been a valuable resource for me and my company. Ivan is experienced at all home repairs and is my go to for roofing. I rehab homes, and Ivan has done many jobs for me. Recently, I had a bad storm damage my roof, and Ivan was able to assist me with the insurance claim and he replaced my roof quickly. The entire job was done in one day! Ivan is a hard worker, and his team is smart and they care about the work they do. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Ivan. Initially, I had contacted Roger's Roofing, and they suggested replacing the entire roof, which seemed excessive. In contrast, Ivan thoroughly inspected the attic and the roof and accurately identified the source of the leaks. His team arrived the following morning, promptly fixed the issue, and provided me with a warranty. Since then, I haven't encountered any further problems.
