Do not use this company they lied to me and said I would need a new roof based off the damage they assessed. They then proceeded to tarp half my roof. Couple weeks go by my adjuster comes out and we discovered only two shingles needed to be replaced. They really didn’t debate with the adjuster either. I waited a few days as they would quote me for the two shingles. They never called emailed nothing. After doing some brief research the damaged shingles I replaced on my own. $100.00 out of pocket. My experience with Ivan’s Roofing is excellent. Roofing job was previously performed and now window replacement. They look great. On time and on budget each job!! I work for a company that has used Ivan's Roofing and Remodeling for about 6 years. Ivan's does great work! They have done about 40-50+ whole house flips for us as well as many other smaller projects. Their work is among the top work done by our many contractors. I give them 5 out of 5 stars. I have gotten to know Ivan, Teresa, and Jaime personally through the years and they are first class. I would highly recommend them!
