Ivan’s Roofing was fantastic! They didn’t just handle our roofing — they also did my siding, gutters, and even the deck, and everything turned out great! The team was very thorough and professional throughout the whole project. What really stood out was their responsiveness. Anytime an issue came up, they were quick to jump in and fix it without delay. They were a tremendous help from start to finish. This was our first experience with a major remodel. We contacted Ivan’s about remodeling our kitchen. It is everything we dreamed of and so much more! UPDATE OCT. 2025: I've had two foundation repair companies investigate the egress window, where we've experienced ongoing flooding since moving in. (The company's reply falsely states the flooding only occurred recently.) Both contractors have said the egress window was not installed correctly. The "drain" installed in the window well fills up immediately with water. One of the estimates I received is over $3,000. My father and I moved into a renovated house in spring 2024.
