The plumbing team was very responsive and professional. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and courteous, and I appreciated being able to talk to a real person on the phone. I needed a pressure reducing valve (PRV) replaced and some of the pipes around it and my water meter reworked to fit better inside a wall cavity. The plumber, , did a great job making sure everything was installed neatly. All the plumbing is working perfectly now, and I’m very happy with their service here in Menlo Park.

The plumber was very professional and clearly knew his stuff. My partner and I didn't know where our main water shut-off valve was, but he took the time to show us and explain how to use it in case of emergencies. We originally called him out to Menlo Park to help replace our shower head, and while working on it, he noticed that the hot and cold water valves had been installed incorrectly by someone else before. i want to thank ivan's plumbers for their fast response to our plumbing emergency. they sent out a professional plumber, who arrived on time and did an excellent job fixing our issue. he really went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly, and he treated us with care and respect. his great customer service and skill made a big difference. i would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
