I would give Ivan a "0" rating. My wife and I accepted Ivan's bid to paint the exterior of our home in January. We asked him to paint the home in March or April. He agreed. He postponed the date of painting our home 3 different times and finally told us he would not paint it. He never gave us a reason. I had 5 other great bids and now it is too late for our home to be painted this year.
