When completed, it appeared sufficient. However, when our electrical work was completed & we turned on the lights in the PM, we saw every joint on our bedroom and family room ceilings-each marked with a dark shadow. I contacted Ivan & was told that I was overreacting & that it was fine. However, I felt it needed to be addressed as it was very visible in the PM. I do not like to defend myself but in this case I have to because when I went back to see what was the problem I did not see anything wrong with the ceiling . The only reason why she did not like the ceiling is because she had too many lights and they were making a lot of shadows. Thank you for understanding.

Being very busy like many people our project has taken much personal and professional time away from us. Ivanov, seems to really understand our need to move forward with our project and his willingness and dedication was incomparable. I filled out the request on SM and called him at 9 pm he answered and scheduled and appointment with us the next night at 8 pm (what we wanted), which made us very happy. He called right away and keep in his time line. It was a difficult job to start with, made worse by the poor job his tapers did, I would have paid more to had a better job done, I had to fix around the canister lights, and touch up other places, there was a lot of air bubbles in the dinning room were he skim coated the whole room. He seemed rush with other work and wanted to move on to the next job.
The over all result was very good. Little concern with the amount of mess left for the homeowner to take care of. Also, some areas that required touch up.
Ivan was on time for the consultation and the work as promised. Ivan did a great job and I have already told two friends.
