I used to love getting an Ivanna Cone on the rare chance my husband and I could go out without the kids, until tonight. We walked up to the window 10 minutes before closing. I tapped on the window and was rudely told twice that we weren’t getting served by the guy working (while he was scooping a cone for someone else).Ivanna Cone should follow their posted hours and hire better employees. Went to 402 Creamery instead. They were more than happy to have our business, and the ice cream was better.

Just waited for 10 minutes in line only for the worker to slam the sliding window in me & my girlfriend’s faces because it was past 10. (Closing was 10:30 on google) But! I was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time, but after that customer service I don’t think I’ll be trying it ever. Drove all the way downtown to just get turned away after waiting in line - good work!!
