Very Satisfied Customer A++ – When my father passed, my sisters and I took many of dad's "collections" to Ivana's. Vicky was very helpful and very knowledgeable about pricing things appropriately. The shop is in a high-traffic location in a very affluent community, so within six weeks almost all of dad's stuff had sold. Vicky took a lot of stress out of what was already a very difficult time for our family. I would highly recommend working with Ivana's Trunk.
Beware! – I would be extremely cautious of items you take in here. Please be sure to keep track YOURSELF of what sells and doesn't sell. Very important to pick up unsold items after 120 days. I went in to get my items, some of which were very expensive and lots left over, and low and behold Vicky had "donated" everything with no receipts to document the donation! I had no recourse and lost out on quite a bit of money. I would highly recommend Legacies in Fox Point instead. It would have been nice had she called to inform me ... read more
