Dr. D performed by Upper Endoscopy and Colonoscopy at UVMMC on 4/29. I was very pleased with her bedside manner. She made me feel at ease before starting the procedure. She also saw me after the procedure to explain results. Dr. D saw that I was upset because of a uncomfortable experience in OR - she made light of the situation and told me it didn’t bother her or the staff. They had to just laugh about it.
