Dr Vrcek recently performed an temporal artery biopsy. He immediately put me at ease when I met him in the pre-op room and is the most kind and personable doctor I've encountered. He did a fantastic job making sure the incision was straight and hidden in my hairline and I am very pleased with his expertise and communication. He said it may take 5 days for the results to come back but he personally called me the next afternoon after the procedure to check on me and give me the results. First of all, I want to ensure that I give all the necesseary acknowledgements for what I enjoyed about Dr. Vrcek. 1. Very accessible as he gave out his personal email and let me contact him anytime. 2. Very responsive as I would get responses instantaneously. 3. Very accommodating and took the time out to try and correct any issues I was having. 4. Good bedside manners.
