Ivan has been sending me unsolicited letters for years hounding me to contact him to sell my house. He showed up years ago at my doorstep and despite me telling him I wasn't interested, he hasn't let up and keeps sending me letters every few months. I would advise against working with him due to his unprofessional conduct.
