Ivan is awesome to work with! He let us know updates as soon as there were any. Any time you need him, he answers the phone and is fully available (even on vacation). We were lucky to have him as our realtor for the sale of our home, as well as buying after. He's very friendly and down to earth. The whole process was smooth and appreciated. We fully recommend him to everyone! :)

I’ve always heard how much of a headache buying a house is but I was probably a more headache to Ivan than the process was to me. He was attentive to our wants and paid attention to every detail , responsible, kept us on track and even helped us move our deadline ahead. Our closing was not ideal(completely not his fault) and he was there with Us every step of the way. Ivan is definitely THE BEST, I will literally recommend him to everyone! We just got married and Ivan definitely helped jump start our future.

With it being our first time selling a home, it was no surprisewe were a little overwhelmed about the process. However, our worries were abated after meeting with Ivan Salguero.
