Ivan was extremely useful and great to work with during the process of condo purchase. We are first time home buyers, who didn’t really know anything about the process. Ivan made sure we were comfortable during the whole process, explaining how every step worked. He did not pressure us into making decisions, and showed us great apartments for our price range.
