From the time he walked into the room he did nothing but belittle and talk down to me. I was there simply for a referral my insurance needed for a specialist I was currently seeing. The waiting room was empty as well as the rooms but it still took him 20 min to even see me. He accused me of things I was not and had not done and he lectured me about medications my specialist put me on. I told him I did not want him to be my doctor and when I asked for my sensitive medical documents back he called me names. I do not recommend ... read more

I have been utilizing Dr Filner as my primary care physician since I moved back to the Phoenix area in 2009. I feel he respects my health and is very good in his recommendations. Even though I now live over 30 miles away, I continue to utilize his office for wellness care and minor injuries. Making an appointment is very friendly and easy and fees are reasonable. The facility is clean, the equipment up-to-date, and staff are friendly.

I will never go to him again.. he was a very rude doctor and me and my disabled daughter very scared and uncomfterbal because he did nothing but talk and didnt not answer my question and for a doctor that has been ta doctor for 30 years didn't understand a word I said he did nothing but kritisise me but my daughter like I didn't know anything about my own daughter he talked about all his patients witch I thought it was patient confitiality but It wasn't I will never go to him again nothing but a scam
