I really do not like leaving reviews like this, but I feel like I have no other option. My experience with Dr. Chew has been beyond disappointing to say the least. I came in after being referred to UTSW's by multiple providers for back pain, neurological, and urological issues with no known origin. Since UTSW was an Academic Center, the thought was they would be able to look deeper into my condition at local providers couldn't. I was 11 minutes late because of an appointment with my husbands dr that was unexpectedly long, and it’s thundering, lightning and raining with heavy traffic. Dr Chew left and did not wait for even that long. I felt like that was very uncaring with no empathy for me as a patient. I have a lot of pain and waited for 3 months for a follow up appointment to an injection for pain in my back. I have to wait until April for another appointment.
