Ivan took the time to really listen about what I wanted in buying a home and reason why. With each listing Ivan was patient and thorough. If there was a question I had he had an answer for me if not right then and there or by the end of the day. Most importantly Ivan made me feel like I could trust him, because he wasn't out to sell me just anything. He was out to find & sell me what I truly wanted in a home. Ivan is extremely professional yet he is personable. Doesn't stop till he finds the Right One!!!!!!
