Never open. I have canceled membership now and moved to new IV bar. Be open and available and your members will stay!
Kind of in line with what everyone else says about them just not being open when they’re supposed to be. Also, they never seem to answer the phone.
They're running a scam. They don't pay employees on time, if at all, and keep the employees tips which is why staff turnover is high and the business is closed when it should be open. Some locations close without warning due to failure of them to pay rent.
They pocket the tips you leave for employees and have a high staff turnover because they hire nurses and then refuse to communicate or pay them until they quit. They are stealing from nurses. Nurses that take this job as a reprieve from the trauma that is healthcare only to have to deal with a company now stealing from them. Do better and pay your employees.
I have yet to have an appointment that wasn't cancelled due to situations out of their hands. I walked in and they had an empty office but we're going on break and could see me in an hour. I declined. They don't seem interested in providing their service to people ready with money in hand.
