Billing department is awful. No option to pay online or over the phone.
Received bill and have attempted multiple times trying to reach the dept. in order to pay my bill and no one will answer and respond even when I leave voicemails. There is no online option to pay. This is RIDICULOUS! TERRIBLE SERVICES!
I had no issues with the CRNA that administered the anesthesia for my procedure. My negative review comes from my experience with their billing department. I made a call a day for over two months to get a bill payed. The call went to voicemail every time. I kept on receiving balance statements from them almost every two weeks. I was finally able to get in touch with someone and pay the bill. The person who collected the payment was so rude.
