Due to traffic I had an 11:10AM Appmnt for an ultrasound.. I arrived at 11:21 there is a 10 minute grace period and the ultrasound tech Dr DAWN turned me away did not take me due to me being 1 minute over .. if it was egregious I would’ve understood but definitely did not like that at all

Great service, attentive to my concerns, prompt scheduling, empathetic and willing to make sure I fully understood my options. Got an unsatisfying lack of answers at my normal OB-GYN (was basically told they didn't know what was wrong, but to deal with it and come back in a few months for another scan), so I was looking for a second opinion. First i was running 14 minutes late (and yes absolutely doctors times are very precious) but the grace period is 15 minutes for appointments. I had just been hospitalized from a traumatic cyst rupture and the front desk ladies (both of them) we incredibly rude! The one that wasn’t even helping me at the window was talking as if I couldn’t hear her.
