The most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a medical office. I recently moved to a different state and have been trying to get my health checked. My doctor sent a referral, and all the paperwork was faxed the same day—it was confirmed received by Dr. Hallen’s office. It has now been over a month, and no one has called me back. I even attempted to call the DR office and nurse and left multiple voicemails, but no one has returned my calls. Please don’t go here. If the staff is this careless, how can you trust the doctor?
The worst. Avoid at all costs unless your terrible insurance screws you into having to go to them.
Pleasant experience, fast service and very efficient.
