Got a call today from this office, saying my results were in. I've never been to this location, and the last time I was at any IU Health was over a month ago. I gave them my name and date of birth, and they proceeded to go over test results (that I never had done). I told them I never had testing done, they put me on hold, then picked up and said "sorry wrong number" then hung up. I wouldn't think much of it, except they had the results under my name/DOB. Not cool.
You mean to tell me that if an antibiotic is prescribed, you're still on the antibiotic and call for a diflucan, you can't get it. Is there a sign in the office that says you have to call within 7 days? Makes no since. I can see a month or so later.
I was incredibly disappointed in my visit today. I came in with an odd request, but thought I had covered my bases before going in. I called before going and asked if they could do what I was requesting. The lady on the phone was unsure, but she said to come in anyway and allow the doctor to take a look. She said if he was unable to do it, I would not be charged. The doctor took a 2 second glance and told me he wanted no part in my request. Had an awesome experience with these ladies. Super kind, professional,and knowledgeable. I had no insurance and it didn’t cost a fortune to get looked at. I seriously do not know why they’d get bad reviews, I strongly recommend them!
