This is the worst hospital ever I will not go back to that place again!!!! It was dirty there was needle caps on the floor and gloves on the floor and floor was dirty Took my wife there I will drive to Ft. Wayne or Decatur where I moved from before I ever go back there!!
I like this urgent care.
My husband had a quick and thorough experience where his symptoms were treated quickly and appropriately. I have now had 2 bad experiences here. First time, was confirmed an xray would be done even though I was pregnant (ob had given authorization and faxed order). Come here and wait just to he taken back into a literal storage room and told by provider that tech was refusing to follow order for scan. Left after ensuring insurance wouldn't be charged. I had an appointment they ended up skipping me I ended up at the hospital
It did take a while to get in, but you also have to remember that they have appts for reg medical appts there too, and they do take the time for each patient - which is better than rush you in and out - to keep thier waiting times where people prefer. I went in w a tooth infection, was treated very well, dr did the best she could, was very nice, gave me antibiotics (couldn't get into the dentist soon enough, plus I knew I needed the infection gone before work could be done anyway), and a care sheet that was very helpful!
