IU always treat me well
I waited for over 2 hours to be seen And the nurse practitioner examined me from about 4 feet away!
I used to like this urgent care.
The doctor and nurse were great! Wait time was short and was in and out fast! However, one of the front desk ladies were very rude as soon as I walked up to check in. As someone who also works in customer service I understand we all have bad days, but that’s no excuse to be disrespectful to anyone. The nurse was made aware- as my blood pressure was very high due to how I was treated. And i’m sure the other front desk lady picked up on it too.
