provider Lori was helpful but the nurse (don’t know her name because she didn’t introduce herself) was rude and interrupted us many times while speaking. watch the tone please!!
2 hours wait with only 1 person in the waiting room. I would get quicker service in an emergency room then I would at this urgent Care place.
The positive I wish to note is that when I first came in, they were backed up. However, I was advised what time to come back based on estimates. I also agreed to be called if availability would be sooner. What was estimated to be a 3.5 hour wait ended up only 1 hour. And I did get the courtesy phone call.
Always has a “4 hour wait time”. If you manage to see any of the doctors they’ll take extremely long and leave you to look after other patients several times. Nothing urgent about this place.
