Professional staff, clean rooms, wonderful doctors who take their time and make sure they have fully treated your illness.
From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth, support and professionalism. My entire experience, from the front desk to the assistants to the doctor herself, was a great one. I would recommend them without hesitation.
We were chewed out by the physician the moment we walked in, before I even had a chance to explain why we were there. We had arrived 10 minutes before closing, and while I understand that can be frustrating at the end of a long day, patients should not be reprimanded for seeking care during posted business hours. She ultimately agreed to see us, but the interaction was extremely unprofessional.
I was asked my weight and height and waiting to get my temperature taken so I could confirm that I indeed had a fever but I was never touched or probed to have my temperature taken but then I saw on my after visit summary that I had a temperature of 98.2. I knew that the urgent care where I was being treated was a joke so I went to the emergency room and my temperature was 101.2. What’s next? I’m going to arrive at the urgent care and I’m going to be asked to diagnose myself? PATHETIC
