Great and speedy service and they almost always call the next day after your visit to check up on you. Absolutely would recommend this specific location to anyone
I saw Dr Mahon. He was an extremely pleasant guy and very knowledgeable. I was checked in quickly and was on my way much faster than I anticipated. Overall, great place.
While this location used to be a useful place to visit, the current regime that is running this local branch does not understand customer service nor do they care about you as a person or as a patient. IU health would do the community and themselves a benefit by firing the entire staff and starting over. Nothing good can be said of the people that work at this location.
My visit was quick and easy, most of the staff was very nice but Nurse Practitioner, Amanda Hill, was not. I felt as though she was trying very hard to rush me out the door, brushed off all of my questions and tried to dodge them as if I wouldn’t understand. I was met with answers of “umm I don’t know” to almost all my questions with no follow up effort to find someone who does know.
