I was seen right away. All my needs were met and they took care of everything I could have asked for.
I had been to a different urgent care 2 days before going to IU Health In Brownsburg. They gave me an antibiotic but did not do anything for my very swollen finger. Two days later it was still swollen and changing color. I went to IU Health and did not wait long to be seen. The NP was very kind and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was also very kind.
Easy access. Excellent attention to my issue including an effective fix.
My healthcare provider was wonder. She listened to my concerns, assessed my medical symptoms. reviewed my past medical history, including my blood pressure!! She helped me to understand what was going wrong inside my body (lungs) and prescribed all the medications needed for me to get back to feeling better. Answered, prayers!
