I appreciate the "save a spot" option when examining the website, for I only waited 15 minutes before being called in. In addition, the nurse was thorough in her questionnaire, which made it easier for the doctor to assess. Finally, doctor listened actively, asking questions along with way to ensure he understood what my ailment was.
The attendee and the assistant were so helpful and friendly, even after they had to work on Thanksgiving. I've always been impressed with all of the care I have received from IU health and I will continue to be so because I just think you guys do everything right

WARNING: If I Could Give NEGATIVE Stars, I Would! Infinite zero is even too much! Listen up. If you have the option to go to the Urgent Care in Avon, you need to RUN in the opposite direction of this place. Don't walk, run. You will seriously regret wasting your time here. My visit today, 07 November 2025, was an absolute nightmare. I had to wait THREE HOURS (2 people ahead of me) 3 hour wait! The third lady left ! The staff here? Forget it.
