The receptionist has a very nasty attitude I see from previous reviews I’m not the only one who has a bad experience with her. The lack of communication she portrays is bad for business. Had me go print a form out that they already offer I saw it when I was filling out my paperwork, I let it go. Had me wait 20 minutes just to tell me my visit was not covered by insurance and I needed to pay out of pocket for it. I received excellent care and although I was a "walk-in", I didn't have to wait too long.
Came in and immediately was greeted so nicely! The wait was not too long and sat in a nice and clean area. The provider immediately knew what was wrong and helped a lot. Will definitely be coming back!
Walked in right as they opened, other people were in and out 15 minutes or less, i waited over an hour just for a physical
