I called to ask a simple question - did they take my insurance as we live out of state and my son who lives there needs a sleep study. I was repeatedly put on hold and transferred and put on hold again. Then I would be told I needed a referral from a physician. I kept explaining I knew all of that; all I needed to know was whether they accepted my insurance. No one seems to know what they are doing. Rather than try to find the answer, they just shuffle you along. Very frustrating and still don’t have an answer.
