The pharmacy will not validate parking, and Riley no longer has the "first 30 minutes free" policy for parking. After being assured in a phone call that the script would be filled within the hour, when I arrived 3 hours later, I had to wait 20+ additional minutes. The pharmacy had billed the script already to insurance so it could not be filled elsewhere, even before they filled it. IU Health appears to be going down the road CVS and Walgreens have gone with their pharmacies by overloading their staff.
I have been trying to call them for 3 days and they don’t answer.
My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed and they are very kind very sweet and understanding they've done an absolutely wonderful job I highly recommend this hospital to anybody that needs any type of surgery or procedure done Dr Chin she is the best surgeon and she is very highly recommended
Riley Retail Pharmacy is always helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure we have the medication we need.
