They only get 2 stars because they are great if you don't have a disability. They were not willing to take the time to borrow a hoyer lift from the other department to SAFELY lift my husband and instead just halfway put him back in his wheelchair, his rear hanging halfway off and told me that was the best they can do. Also had him completely tangled up in his lift sling that needed to be under him so that I could safely lift him when we got home. He could have easily slid out of his chair and gotten seriously injured. I had ... read more
