Registered on automatic system and went back to radiology. Within two minutes was called in to the procedure room. The staff were friendly and efficient. All in all, the process took less than 25 minutes. Also I had left my thermos there two weeks prior and called about it and lo and behold, they had saved it for me. Many thanks!
I had a CT scan on August 24. Today is August 28. I have a doctors appointment August 31 to review those CT scans. I haven’t received them in my patient portal yet so I called. And I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. It’s going to take 10 to 14 days to get a report. Previously, when I had CT scans, I would have the results in my patient portal in a couple of days And so would the Doctor Apparently they’ve laid so many people off now they can’t keep up with a demand. Pitiful.
I come all the way across town because I like my doctor and the care I recieve. I have been with IU since my youngest son was two. He is now 35.
