The primary care practice at 1040 Wishard has great appointment availability - they were able to get me in next-day this last time - and they are always so fast to respond on the IU Health Portal.
For a new patient experience this was the worst experience. Couldn’t figure out where I was supposed to park because it’s not made clear, nor where to go (also not stated) and when I called to ask the girl over the phone was extremely rude and treated me like I was stupid for not already knowing. Told me my appointment was at 8 and to show up at 7:45, only to get there and find out it was really at 8:30.
