The I U Health Sleep Medicine office staff at 714 N Senate Ave does NOT care about their patients. They Need to be replaced. Our pharmacy has faxed the office a total of 11 times to get my daughters prescription renewed. The office has not replied. They then told me that the pharmacy faxed the wrong DRs office. That happened with the Central pharmacy once. This pharmacy does not even have that wrong fax # on file as it is for a Dr we have not had in over 3 years and we have only been with this pharmacy one year. The office s... read more
Wow - I thought it was just me that was having so much trouble with this office's basic courtesy and care, but after seeing these other reviews I'll add my complete agreement that you should go ANYwhere else. These people go out of their way to make you feel small and are only interested in setting you up on a machine with no actual investigation into possible resolutions to your medical problems. Just the worst.
Extremely rude front office receptionist. The Doctors and medical people tending to the patient are extremely kind & informative. Actively searching for a different office location. This one is not good. Dr Johal's office was not this bad. His office had a staff and receptionist area that was warm & inviting with more of a caring attitude. For some reason Dr Johal is no longer allowed to see INSPIRE PATIENTS.
Horrendous front office staff. They rescheduled my appointment without telling me. I didn’t find out until I called the office the day of because nobody showed up for my virtual appointment. Not only that, but they rescheduled me for a month out during a time that I wasn’t going to be available, so I ended up having to reschedule for two months out.
