I was referred here by my Primary Care Physician due to MIDDLE back pain along both sides of my spine due to inflammation. I was very clear in my explanation of the location of my pain. IU Health proceeded to order and take X-Rays and MRI's of my LOWER back and hips even though I have never experienced pain in those places. Upon discovery of the incorrect imaging, they simply wanted to set up additional imaging.. as if it's all free.. They have wasted my time and several thousands of dollars by not listening to me. Costly on the parking but had nothing but very good experiences with this office. Dr Mufti (moved to another office) now I have Dr Mrisa Sahai are great and the staff too .
Good service, top rate hospital for Lupus patients.
Incredibly rude staff. I became stuck in a catch 22 and was unable to make an appointment with my rheumatologist of many years. I never used poor language or yelled, just asked for other options, or ways to get care for my immediate issue, or another staff member who could help, and the person hung up on me. I'm shocked. This is the last straw with IU Health for me. I'll be moving all my care out of their network, which has somehow turned evil over the years. It's too difficult to even make an appointment now.
