The could not give less care about people
My doctor is good, but I've got out of network fees to deal with because they did tests out of network and never informed me that it wasn't covered as part of them being an in-network facility. If you don't like surprise bills for non-covered services I'd go elsewhere.
These people are clueless. After my referral it took weeks for this office to even call me to set up my appointments, and once they had it was a 6-month wait. On the day of my appointments, after waiting 6 months, a lady tells me that they scheduled me with the wrong doctor, we're so sorry, we'll have someone call you asap. That was days ago and now I've wasted six months waiting for an appointment with the wrong person. If this is how they run their business how good can their medicine really be?
