friendly and professional staff....the provider (Dr. Dawson) was very thorough and answered all my questions.
I am completely blind and a Guide Dog user this provider has always accommodated my issues with both my guide and my blindness with the utmost respect and provided the top shelf care that I never expected, but truly appreciate I trust the the staff and my doctor and have been with them for 24 years
The care I receive through IU Health, and their system of specialists, is FAR superior to the level of care I received in Austin, TX. Because of IU Health physicians, I’ve gotten a usable life back.
My provider is unbelievable. She proactively asks important questions relevant to my health and works with me to find a solution. She cares for my husband also and understands that it is not an individual patient but a person within a family and family within a community and so on. She is patient and takes extended time when needed. She is concerned about everything I bring up-even if minor.
Changing states and providers is not easy. However, the front desk rep, Madison, medical assistant Molly, and Dr. Dawson all made my first experience a nice one. Superior customer service and care. Well Done!!!
