I am okay with being asked to reschedule because I’m 10 min late for an appt. What I’m not okay with is being told I need to arrive 30 min before a scheduled appt without notice. You can just schedule the appointment 30 minutes before so people know when to arrive. I was told a package was mailed to my house, which I did not receive and there was zero follow up via text or email after the initial appt was made.
